As your hometown utility provider, FPUA understands that some residents may wish to remain on well water and septic systems. Please note that once construction is complete, you will have the option of connecting your home to water and/or sewer infrastructure at your convenience, if you choose.
There is no mandate for you to connect to the infrastructure once completed, though we would be very happy to discuss the benefits of connection with you if you are interested.
There is no cost to you for our expansion into the neighborhood, and public infrastructure will be installed within the public Right of Way, and never on private property. Connecting your home to the new infrastructure will require some installation on your private property, please contact us to learn more about the costs and timeline.
